Transcript Requests.

All transcript requests are now done ONLINE through PARCHMENT (www.parchment.com).  

**PLEASE NOTE, IT MAY TAKE UP TO 5 BUSINESS DAYS TO PROCESS TRANSCRIPT REQUESTS**

No transcript requests will be processed until AFTER we have had our senior meetings in September!

Ordering a transcript

  • Ordering a transcript can be done before or after your application has been submitted. 
  • Create an account. Once you verify your email address, continue on to “Dashboard.”
  • Search for Rochester Adams High School. Do this by clicking on the plus sign in the large box.
  • You DO NOT need to complete the Profile in order to request a transcript. 
​Ordering a self-view
  • Select “order” from the next screen, and you will now have the option to request a Self View of your transcript by selecting "yourself or another individual."
  • This will allow you to view important information (UIC Code, GPA, etc.) and check your transcript for accuracy. 
Order for Colleges
  • Select “order” from the next screen, and you will now have the option to search for the destination where you want your transcript to be sent.
  • Once you have selected the destination, you will have the option to add additional destinations or process your order.

Ordering a transcript if using Common App

  •  Log into www.parchment.com
  • Select "Send a Transcript" (you will find this at the top right hand side of the page)
  • Select a "Destination"- Click on the "Academic Institution" button 
  • Type in "Common Application" in the box, you need to request your transcript be sent to CA for your CA colleges. IF you have requested your transcript be sent to the school directly, you need to cancel this request and re-request to CA.
  • You will then be requested to enter your Common Application ID. (To find this, log into your common application account at www.commonapp.org. After you log into Common App you will see your name at the top right side of the page. Under your name is your CAID -Common App ID)
  • Return to www.parchment.com and type in your CAID.
  • Confirm that the information is correct and submit.


Ordering a transcript to NCAA

  • ​The NCAA Eligibility Center requires that transcripts be sent directly to them through Parchment.
